1. Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player," "you," or "your") and pk670 ("the Company," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at pk670.org (the "Platform"). These Terms govern all aspects of your relationship with pk670, including your use of the website, registration of an account, use of casino games, sports betting features, participation in promotions, and all financial transactions conducted through the Platform.

• You must be at least 21 years of age. pk670 strictly prohibits access by minors. Any account found to have been registered by or on behalf of a person under 21 will be immediately suspended, all winnings forfeited, and deposits returned at the Company's discretion after identity verification.
• You must be registering in your own true legal name and providing accurate, complete, and current personal information.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion programme — whether imposed by pk670 or any other recognised gaming operator or regulatory authority — at the time of registration.
• You must not be acting on behalf of any third party. Each account is strictly personal and non-transferable.

pk670 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage, including but not limited to a valid government-issued photo ID (such as a CNIC or passport), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending resolution.

3. Account Management

Each player is permitted to hold one account only on the pk670 platform. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or under different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Where duplicate accounts are identified, pk670 reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close all associated accounts and to void any balances or winnings accrued across those accounts.

You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your pk670 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any other person. pk670 will treat any activity conducted through your account as activity authorised by you, and the Company accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access that results from your failure to keep credentials secure.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify pk670 support immediately via the live chat function available on the Platform. pk670 will take reasonable steps to investigate and, where appropriate, temporarily suspend access to the account pending resolution.

Players are responsible for ensuring that all account information remains accurate and up to date. Changes to personal details — including name, address, and contact information — must be communicated to pk670 support and may require re-verification of identity before being applied.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the pk670 Platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are currently supported for both deposits and withdrawals: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Debit/Credit Card. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without notice.

Deposits: Deposits are generally credited to your pk670 account promptly upon successful processing by your chosen payment provider. pk670 does not charge fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may impose their own transaction charges. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed within the cashier section of the Platform.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification (KYC) before processing. pk670 reserves the right to request documentary evidence confirming your identity, address, and the ownership of the payment method used to make deposits. Withdrawal processing times are dependent on the payment method selected and internal review procedures. pk670 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within a reasonable timeframe, subject to verification completion.

pk670 reserves the right to withhold or delay withdrawal processing where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, breach of these Terms, or where a pending bonus wagering requirement has not been satisfied. Players may not withdraw bonus funds until applicable wagering requirements have been met in full.

Transactions suspected of constituting money laundering or other financial crimes will be reported to relevant authorities in accordance with the Company's obligations under its international gaming licence and applicable anti-money laundering frameworks.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

pk670 offers various promotional bonuses to both new and existing players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and special event promotions. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, unless specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion will be clearly stated in the promotion's specific terms.
• Bonus funds are held separately from real-money funds within your pk670 account. Real-money funds are used first during gameplay, unless the promotion terms specify otherwise.

6. Gameplay & Betting Rules

All games available on the pk670 Platform — including live casino games, slots, Andar Bahar, 1001 Nights, and sports betting markets — are subject to their individual game rules, which are accessible within the game interface or betting section. In the event of any conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail except where the game rules contain more specific provisions applicable to that game type.

All casino games on pk670 utilise independently audited Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure genuinely random and fair outcomes. Live dealer games are conducted by real dealers operating in accordance with standard casino procedures and under supervision consistent with the Platform's licensing requirements.

Where prohibited conduct is identified, pk670 may take immediate action including account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, recovery of funds already withdrawn, and reporting to relevant regulatory or law enforcement authorities.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the pk670 Platform — including but not limited to the pk670 brand name and logo, website design, text, graphics, software, game interfaces, audio and visual elements — is the intellectual property of pk670 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the pk670 Platform without the prior written consent of the Company.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pk670 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, service interruptions, or technical failures.

pk670 makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Where consumer protection laws in a relevant jurisdiction do not permit the full exclusion of liability, the Company's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by such laws.

pk670's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to their pk670 account during the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Privacy & Data

pk670 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at pk670.org/privacy-policy. By registering an account on pk670, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. pk670 implements appropriate technical and organisational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, loss, or disclosure. Personal data will not be sold to third parties for commercial purposes unrelated to the operation of the Platform.

12. Termination

pk670 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, where the Company reasonably determines that you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or unlawful activity, or where continued operation of your account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or the interests of other players. Upon termination for breach, any balance remaining in your account may be forfeited to the extent permitted by the applicable gaming licence conditions.

You may request closure of your pk670 account at any time by contacting support via live chat. Upon voluntary account closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of applicable bonus deductions) will be returned to your verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which pk670 holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject in the first instance to pk670's internal dispute resolution process. Your continued use of the pk670 Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
